Measurements stay on the phone
Names, measurements and roles of the people on a roster are personal data (Ley 1581 de 2012); children's data has extra protection (art. 7). Use aliases or codes.
Measurements, roles and who is included in a staff delivery never leave the phone. The order sheet carries the size and colour counts, and the aliases only if you switch that on.
Sending staff data to a supplier needs its own lawful basis: keep the aliases off unless the people agree.
