Staff uniforms

Dotación dates, as general information

General information, not legal advice. The Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, art. 230 (as amended by Ley 11 de 1984), asks employers to give, free of charge, a pair of shoes and a work outfit every four months to workers who earn up to two minimum wages and have worked more than three months on the delivery date.

Art. 232 sets the delivery dates: 30 April, 31 August and 20 December. When one falls on a weekend or a holiday, the app plans for the business day before.

Art. 233 asks the worker to use the outfit at work, and art. 234 forbids paying the benefit in money.

The app does not decide who is entitled and does not store salaries or start dates. Shoes come from another supplier, and the garments are work clothes, not protective equipment.

Call or write to Confetex Antioquia to ask which garments, fabrics and quantities it can make. The order sheet is a quote request; the app shows no prices.
