1. Who is responsible

CONFETEX ANTIOQUIA S.A.S. (NIT 901.917.933-1, Cámara de Comercio Aburrá Sur, Itagüí, Antioquia) publishes this app and this notice and is the data controller for what it receives from you. Questions and requests: [email protected] or +57 312 821 7936.

2. What this notice covers

The Android app Confetex Antioquia Size Curve and its website, including the size-curve builder on the website. Both work without an account.

3. What the app does

It keeps orders with the garments, the people on a roster by alias with their sizes and colours, optional measurements, and the dates; it adds the sizes up into a size and colour table and writes an order sheet you can send as a quote request. It has no internet permission.

4. What the app stores on your phone

For each order: its code and name, the purpose, the garments, colours and units per person, the people's aliases, optional roles, sizes, colours, measurements with their date and fit preference, who is included in a staff delivery, shop packs, the needed-by or dotación date, the days to make it, your contact, an optional company NIT and a note, and the dates and channels of the sheets you confirmed you sent.

5. Data about other people

The people on a roster may be your team, your staff or your children. For their data you are the controller under Ley 1581 de 2012: use aliases or codes, ask them before you write their measurements, and keep only what the order needs.

6. Children

Children's data is protected by Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 7. For children, the app needs only a height and a chest measurement, keeps them on the phone, and the order sheet carries counts (and aliases only if you switch that on).

7. Measurements

Body measurements are used to suggest sizes on your phone. They never go into the order sheet, and the app asks for no health information.

8. What the order sheet holds

The order code and name, the purpose, the dates, the garments with their colours, a size and colour table per garment with totals, what to check, the questions for Confetex Antioquia, your note, contact and company NIT if you add them, and the people's aliases and sizes only if you switch that on. Never measurements, roles or who is included in a staff delivery.

9. How a sheet is sent

Through apps you choose on your phone: the share sheet, your email app (addressed to [email protected]) or a phone call to +57 312 821 7936. Those apps handle the message under their own terms. The app asks afterwards whether you sent it and records the date only if you say yes.

10. No accounts, tracking or advertising

There is no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting to a server and no cookies on the website.

11. Permissions

The app asks for no permission at install and has no internet access.

12. Sensitive data

The app never asks for sensitive data (Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 5), such as health, pregnancy or disability. Do not write it in notes or roles.

13. What Confetex Antioquia does with a sheet

It uses the sheet and your contact details to answer your quote request and, if you agree on an order, to make it. It keeps them only as long as that takes and the law requires, and then deletes them.

14. Security

The app's data stays in its private storage on the phone. Android backups of the app are switched off. No server copy exists.

15. Keeping and deleting

Your orders stay until you delete them. Deleting an order removes its people, sizes, measurements and send records; uninstalling removes everything the app stored.

Under Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 8 you may know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the authorisation you gave; be told how your data has been used; complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) once you have made a query or claim to us; revoke the authorisation or ask for deletion when the law allows; and access your data free of charge.
